 I have been organising TEDx events for 10 years. As a head organizer I am always involved in selecting and coaching speakers. After having curated TEDx stages for different types of events, I know exactly what organisers are looking for when they choose their speakers.
I am now working internationally as an executive communication coach, helping people to become more confident as speakers! As a TEDx organizer, I have been coaching top speakers who achieved over one million views of their talks. I am also lecturing at leading business schools and working with managers and CEOs on their business presentations.

Pathway to TEDx Program Curriculum
Module 1 - Introduction to the TEDx world
In the first module we will cover the basics about TED and TEDx, why it is so important now all over the world and why you should share your ideas on this platform.Â
Module 2 - What TEDx organisers want
We will discuss what TEDx organisers are looking for and how can you adapt your ideas for the TEDx stage. We will make sure that your topic is new, relevant for the audience and interesting.
Module 3 - Your Idea Worth Spreading
During this module we will make sure that your idea is worth spreading. We will create the irresistible idea that will attract potential event organisers and ensure that you get invited to the event.
Module 4 - Structure of Your TEDx Talk
In the fourth module we will discuss how to structure your TEDx talk - how to start with impact, how to present your arguments in a credible and memorable way, how to appeal to your audience with the facts that you use, how to conclude your TEDx talk with power.
Module 5- Storytelling in your TEDx talk
We will craft your personal story and incorporate it into your TEDx talk. We will make sure that all necessary elements of the story are included into your talk, so that your audience can relate to your story an therefore remember your talk.
Module 6 - How to Approach TEDx Organisers
During this module we will discuss how to pitch TEDx organisers in order to get booked for an event. We will screen the upcoming events in your area and choose the ones to apply for. We will discuss what to say and what not to say when applying for an event. We will create a pitch for you to approach the potential events.
Module 7 - Overcoming nervousness
This is a bonus module that I have introduced for those who don't feel 100% confident about speaking on big stages. We will cover some stress-relief techniques and work on your impostor syndrome so that your inner citic doesn't stand in a way between you and your big goal for 2025.Â
Module 8 - Wow Your Audience
In this part we will add special effects to your talk. We will make sure that your talk will wow your audience and stick in their minds for a long time, just like a good old James Bond movie.
Module 9 - Become a thought leader
In the last module we will summarize all of the learnings and create ourplan to action. It is possible that by this time you will already get invited to speak at one of the events. We will discuss how to use what you have created to build your credibility on other platforms as well and become a thought leader.Â
