Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for the IDEAS+LEADERS Summit, you agree to the following:
1.⁠ ⁠Photo and Video Consent
•⁠ ⁠Photos and videos will be taken during the event, which may include your likeness. These may be used by IDEAS+LEADERS for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other communication channels.
•⁠ ⁠If you have concerns or wish to opt out, please contact us at contact@ideasleaders.com prior to the event.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Tickets

•⁠ ⁠All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, ticket transfers to another attendee may be allowed with prior approval.

3.⁠ ⁠Event Modifications or Cancellations
•⁠ ⁠IDEAS+LEADERS reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue and to cancel the event if necessary. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Liability Waiver
•⁠ ⁠By attending the event, you agree to release IDEAS+LEADERS and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

5.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct
•⁠ ⁠All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. IDEAS+LEADERS reserves the right to remove anyone who violates this policy without refund.
